In his 8 years of experience Adam has had the opportunity to practice in successful medium sized firms and as in-house Corporate General Counsel within the real estate and mining exploration industries proving insight into the requirements of Clients and a better understanding of Civil Law broadly handling matters ranging from employment disputes to defamation actions.
His primary focus of recent has been on facilitating Commercial Property acquisitions on the east coast for sales ranging up to $30 Million. he has obtained a number of successful outcomes for a an increasing number of Clients.
Larry is a commercial lawyer and seasoned fund management executive. After a decade in APAC legal and compliance roles with leading asset management firms, he co-founded a Hong Kong–based global macro and FICC hedge fund, where he oversaw M&A and business strategy execution. In Australia, he has served as a solicitor for a specialised affordable housing property fund and a commercial property investment and buyers’ agency business.
